Design Build
World Class Contracting takes great pride in being a part of the design of a project. Including us in the design process helps to eliminate many design conflicts that can occur structurally, architecturally and between the other trades. This proactive approach in turn helps to save the project time and money early on.
IPD
World Class Contracting has become well versed in the relatively new IPD philosophy and process. Similar to a Design Build approach; working as a team from the beginning of the IPD project creates a well thought out plan of what the owner envisions, and has proven to be a very effective way to deliver an exceptional final project.
Modeling
We have the capability to provide and design 3D drawings which assist in visual planning and enables prefabrication welding for mechanical rooms, which is an advantage to construction schedules.We also have our own Fab Shop centrally located to bring these designs to life.
